summer signings dont look half bad.
Joe Ledley is a brilliant signing. always wanted to see him at Celtic park but the big swede Majstorovic will sort our defence right out. the last 2 games we look so much calmer in defence. The likes of Juarez and Kayal are 2 another brilliant signings. The small differences are huge. things like passing,work rate and togetherness compared to last season... it's night and day. Was dissapointing to go out of the CL so early but i think this team only needs to gel a bit more and we're gona be cracking. Getting £9.5 million for McGeady and having a young player almost as good in Forest is astonishing. The young guy has played great the last 2 games. So far so good and i think alot of it is down to Lenny. The guy is a fucking legend!!
saying all this Rangers have surprised me, Having lost Boyd and Thompson and bringing in Weiss, Beattie and Jelavic and still keeping the backbone ( Davis,Bougherra,McGregor) i think they will be strong this season aswell.

In scotland since league football begun I dont think at least one of rangers or celtic have been winners or runners up EVERY SINGLE YEAR since the 1890s actaully I've just checked and twice, ever one of the two havent been in the top 2. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Scottish_football_championschelsea have won the league 4 times and been runners up 3 times. you can hardly compare the two leagues as being similar two horse races. |

Yes Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal (that's 3) have dominated over the past 10 years, but not in the same way as Celtic and Rangers' guaranteed Champions League places every season. |

Don't see why that's funny though, it's a country of five million ffs. Out of the European nations of a relative same size they're far and away the best league. Can't compare it to the English Prem.

Debatable I'd say, pretty similar.
Also similar in the fact that it's always won by FC Copenhagen or Brondby, they also have a two horse race at the top every year.
And actually on that note, whilst the league overall could be comparable (not that any of us know enough about the bottom of the league) the top two of Rangers and Celtic are surely better then the top two of the Danish league, Copenhagen and Brondby
Therefore
SPL > SAS Ligaen.
Much better attendances as well.
