farah did his usual then. almaz ayana absolutely smashing the field in the women's 10k.  usain bolt has a challenger in this 100m final. coleman has about as much charisma as guigsy though.  |

I purposely stayed in tonight and glad I did. Been into this massively, never even liked athletics much previously. Superb.
Would Bolt have caught him in the home straight? I don't reckon but shame we didn't see it happen. Surreal to see Farah beaten. Also the Russian athlete who won the women's high jump is marriage-worthy, aye. Posing as a neutral is proper hardcore. THE GOOD REBEL.

I've never seen athletics live but decided I'd love to witness it abroad in future. Regrets about this one? No, it's on my doorstep. Would love to travel afar and witness this in this flesh. Gonna do it and with a caravan a possibility. Onwards.
