The thing is, what is the point in The Miz in all this? He's headlining WrestleMania and yet he's nothing but an afterthought. Still, good to see The Rock back in the ring, and the People's Elbow was a nice surprise.

Miz isnt headlining though. The Rock, Cena, Stone Cold, Snooki, Taker, and HHH are. Thats how much of an afterthought he is. He's just the WWE champ in a championship match. Its very strange indeed. In a lot of promotional material, Miz isnt even on it.
Thats one of the reasons why I could see him winning. The belt doesnt even matter. Its all about Rock and Cena.

Soemone made a good point the other day about how odd it is that they had physicallity between The Rock and Cena on Raw rather than waiting for WrestleMania, it looks like The Rock will be around for a bit rather than just the Raw after Mania. From what's been said and written over the past few weeks, it seems as though he might be back on a part-time basis for a while. making sporadic appearances and even putting on a few matches.

Does anyone watch the ppv's on illegal streams?
Just wondering if it's worth trying to find one when I get in from BDI on Sunday.
If it's a pain in the arse I'll watch Babestation instead.

Its really easy, Sam. I use this site to watch PPVs... myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=111458&part=sportsThe one thing is that sometimes the links will get shut down during the broadcast, but there are many links usually and if you watch the chat rooms next to the broadcast, people will post new links all the time.

Hes got a new movie filming in June, and hes definitely at the Raw the night after Mania, but other than that nothing has been said. He said in his first promo that he was back and will continue to come back, but in what capacity, its unknown. I personally hope that this whole thing has given him the bug again. Cena's promos have been dead on in criticism of him.

Cheers Ben! Very helpful.
Is it websites/common media players aka things I know how to use or weird media players P2P/Nuzzle? aka things I never get to work on my PC?
Maybe we should just invite ourselves back to Tupac Tom's and watch it there? Maybe his cousin will put the cheese on toast on!

Its usually just streams like on Justin TV, any browser should work.
Some of the links may be something to use "StreamTorrent" or "SOPCast" but Ive never used that, I just look for http links. You may have to click around a bit to find one working.
I dont know my plans for it yet, but if Im watching a stream, Ill post a working link here if I see people posting. Its on at 7pm Sunday here and I may watch it with mates, but who knows at this moment. The last few years Ive watched Mania on a download the day after.

Has always seemed strange to me how they are on a Sunday though I'm sure Vince has done his homework so who am I to judge.

You have a shit load of kids bored on a Sunday night begging their parents to watch it. Their probably off doing fun shit on a Saturday.
I agree though, he should put it on a Saturday so it's easier for us lot to steal it and enjoy it.

Has always seemed strange to me how they are on a Sunday though I'm sure Vince has done his homework so who am I to judge. Its produced for the US market first and foremost. American company, mostly American talent. Sunday nights at 7pm, many people are at home. The Super Bowl is treated the same way. Its on regular TV, but its on at 6-7pm on a Sunday. Simply, putting it on Saturday night would be bad for buyrates as many people go out. This is also why stuff like boxing and UFC, while typically on Saturdays, doesnt start until like 11pm. You guys are seen as a secondary market and typically dont pay as much as we do. Its 55 bucks just for the standard definition broadcast for us and 65 for HD.

WWE must have a plan with Rock and Cena, lets face it Rock isnt coming back for good, its going to here and there at best, so they wouldnt let their biggest face (and company carrier) get hammered into the ground by the Rock for him just to disapear and leave Cena looking silly, there will definitely be some sort of torch passing thing going on, Cena would be an amazing heel but there isnt a big enough face to take his spot, is Rock were back for good then he'd be the ideal face for a heel Cena, but Orton gets luke warm reactions (and has been quoted recently that he doesnt like being face) i think eventually the miz will have a face run, and apparently Vince see's Skip Sheffield as a future main eventer in the Cena mould

Its clearly a torch passing thing. Unless Rock is back or plans on wrestling again, theres really no reason for him to beat the crap out of Cena other than to please us that cant stand Cena. Vince isnt going to bury his #1 money maker on a one off. If Rock gets involved to cost Cena, theres definitely going to be a match down the road.

Has always seemed strange to me how they are on a Sunday though I'm sure Vince has done his homework so who am I to judge. Don't forget though they start at about 7 in the evening in America, people tend to be out on Saturdays more often than Sundays so they're more likely to get people to watch on a Sunday night i reckon.
