Michael Cole being covered in tattoos is what I imagine it would be like if Babu was covered in tattoos.

Ok this is spoiler heavy so if you've not watched, stop reading...
Worst Wrestlemania in a long time. I was really excited Rock was going to be involved. I was looking forward to Bryan/Sheamus (which got bumped). HHH/Taker was a great match, probably the one Mania worthy match on the entire night. Cody/Rey was a good match too.
The booking was atrocious. The GM's involvement was completely stupid. The ending to the "main event" (I use that loosely) could be seen a mile away and while Im glad Cena didn't win, they gave the spotlight to a guy who is not a full time wrestler anymore, even though he's one of my all time favorites.
The match order was wonky too. ADR and Edge opening the show and not one ounce of drama in the match whatsoever. It seriously felt like a Raw/Smackdown extended to an extreme length. Never been this disappointed by Mania before. Theres probably been worse ones, but this one was really boring!
One great match (HHH/Taker) a few seen em before Rock skits and no one except maybe Miz was elevated tonight. Bah.
Glad I didnt pay for it or go out and spend a lot of money on drinks watching the fucker. Stinker of a show.

I concur. Even JR, who used to be able to shill a Mark Henry-Kane match like it was the most important thing in the history of the world, seemed decidedly underwhelmed at the end. Taker-HHH was amazing, though.
And they need to get rid of this stupid GM nonsense. It's getting to the point where I just say "fuck it" and change the channel when that stupid thing dings.

Taker/HHH was great. Only thing you need to see. Everything else worth seeing is all storyline bullshit that will be replayed 1000 times on the next Raw when Rock is there.

not one title change, terrible match order, the booking was laughable (Lawler/Cole booking might be the worst bit of booking ever) and they buried their top two stars at their biggest event of the year by a wrestler who isnt gonna be staying very long (infact he's filming in July) as per usual put anyone in the ring with The Undertaker and he'll make it watchable.
way to blow it WWE.

I agree 100% but HHH is no slouch. Its not like Taker carried that match all by himself. Only he and Taker deserve any credit for last night. Cody and Rey was a good match as well, but it lacked drama. Punk and Orton was good too, but there was no intrigue. It just didn't feel like Mania. And Cole's tattoos were all WTF.

yeah true, after HBK last year something really differnet needed to be involved to make Taker seem beatable, HHH did that, i think Rey putting Cody over shows that WWE are going to push him quite a bit post mania to main event status (though i think we've got a Del Rio title reign before Cody has a chance)
yeah it didnt feel like Mania, the ending seem rushed and there wasnt the big Mania kind of ending, Rock pretty much squashed everyone and that was it, still think its going to be a torch passing thing to Cena in an attempt to make him a proper baby face to everyone again, his new red shirt is further proof that theres no heel turn in his future either.

It could be brilliant or a complete fuck up. Long time.
With Mania in Miami, I imagine Rock's going HOF too.

Not the greatest of Manias, but there was some quality in there and a couple of mega-loller moments Santino's power-walk and Attachments:

well they just made the big Cena v Rock match... for Wrestlemania 28 In theory, I like this. If done right it could be huge. They've got a year to build and make it a really big deal.

Cena to blow out his pec again right after the rumble. That would be fitting.

Some matches don't need a big deal build as its already there. Cena and Rock technically is already built. The year is just so Rock can take care of his movie commitments. He's got the bug again. I doubt this was planned from the beginning. I think it can be very good (the build) but this thing is already at a fever pitch. There's a chance it could fizzle out and the WWE make it less important over a year.

WWE will either mention it here and then then build it up the month before Mania, or they'll hot shot it and end up having the match at Summerslam or something, i hope they wait for Mania though, its certainly Mania worthy, just depends on what WWE has got going on around it because it'll be the first time in 9 years Cena hasnt been in a title main event match at Mania, regardless if anyone likes Cena or not he's a big player to leave out of the title picture, thats of course assuming Rock is coming back for one more match, if its full time which i dont think it is then you could probably work a title in there somewhere, not that it would need it.
if i were booking it i'd get Rock into the HOF and have him put over Cena the same way Hogan put the Rock over, wins all round for WWE then, and after this hash of a Mania they really REALLY need it.
After last nights Raw is Wresltemania 28 has Taker vs HHH again i'd be well disappointed, that'd be 3 times they'd of fought at Mania then, which is is boring.

Yeah, there's a big risk factor. It's a delicate situation and I hope they handle it properly.
