Have you heard the reactions Orton gets? Probably on par with Cena, or pretty close. Maybe it's not Austin or Rock kind of overness but he's fucking huge right now.

aye according to the Smackdown spoilers he was, looks pretty good to be honest * The show opens with World Heavyweight Champion Kane vs. Chris Masters in a non-title match. Masters attempts the Masterlock but doesn't lock it in. Kane hits a dropkick! Kane takes over the match and dominates the Masterpiece. He works his knee. Masters tries a comeback but Kane hits the Tombstone to pickup the win.
* Kane gets on the mic and cuts a promo on The Undertaker. He goes into the crowd and says he has a challenge for The Undertaker tonight that he can't refuse. Note - Kane scared a child in the crowd
* WWE Tag Team Champions "Dashing" Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre vs. The Hart Dynasty in a non-title match. Rhodes gives the Bloomington crowd some grooming tips. DH Smith takes a beating but finally tags in Tyson Kidd. McIntyre hits Future Shock on Kidd to get a three count after some miss-communication with The Hart Dynasty.
* Backstage, Alberto Del Rio has attacked Christian. Referees attend to Christian as he tells them his shoulder is hurt bad.
* CM Punk is backstage with Luke Gallows. Gallows takes Punk out and says he's done with him. They will have a match tonight.
* Chavo Guerrero vs. Kaval. Kaval gets a nice pop in a fast-paced match as he works stiff with Chavo. Kaval hits a modified tarantula in Chavo and the action goes to the outside. Chavo hits three amigos. Kaval battles back but misses a charge. Chavo hits a Frog Splash and gets the three count.
* Alberto Del Rio says he will have a Rey Mysterio update tonight.
* Alberto Del Rio comes out and a recap of his assault on Rey Mysterio is shown. He says Mysterio is coming back next week in Oklahoma City to challenge him. Christian comes out, selling his "injuries" from earlier. Del Rio locks on code red and Christian taps. Del Rio slams Christian's injured arm into the steel ring post.
* Big Show b. Vance Archer & Curt Hawkins in a squash match. Show picked up the victory when Archer tapped out.
* Backstage, Jack Swagger is interviewed. The Dudebusters and Hornswoggle put his jersey in a boxed marked SyFy.
* CM Punk vs. Luke GallowsShort match as they exchange counters. Punk wins after hitting GTS.
* Vickie Guerrero and Kaitlyn come out with Dolph Ziggler. WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler vs. MVP in a non-title match. Ziggler gets a lot of heat. MVP controls early but Ziggler counters. Ziggler takes a tough bump to the outside. Vickie and Kaitlyn get into it on the outside. Ziggler attends to Vickie while referee Chad Patton starts to count. MVP goes to the outside to continue the action. Ziggler goes on the offensive after an MVP miscue. Dolph gets upset as Vickie goes to the back. Dolph applies a chinlock on MVP as the crowd chants for him to break the hold. MVP breaks the hold and hits a lot of offense but Ziggler has had enough. He grabs the Intercontinental Championship belt and gets himself counted out. Winner via count out, MVP.
* Kane's challenge to The Undertaker is coming up next.
* Kane says WWE is now his yard. He says the phenom has fallen and he didn't end things at Night of Champions because the fun just started. He wants The Undertaker at Hell in a Cell. The druids come to ringside with a casket... it's a red casket - just for Kane. Kane opens it and Paul Bearer is in the casket. He sits up and the lights go out. Undertaker is in the ring. A fight ensues with Undertaker dominating. Kane leaves the ring and the show ends with Undertaker bowing to Paul Bearer to end the show.

Paul Bearer is going to make Undertaker powerful again.

best way to do it i think, apparently Bearer's return was supposed to be in a few years when The Undertaker calls its a day, but apparently Brother Love (or whatever his real name is) leaked Taker's send off because he was sacked from WWE all rumour like, i didnt like the planned ending anyway.

I was at a local indy show last night with my mate Ross (who used to wrestle with the shows promoter). Had a really good time, even got kicked by accident. Some really fit women at it as well which was a bonus.
There was a guy on the bill who is off to America next month after signing a developmental deal with WWE. He was utter dogshit, and the only thing he had going for him was his size, he's 7 feet tall.

Why'd you get out kicked out mate? I'd love to get pissed at a wrestling show. I reckon it would be proper romantic carnage.
I go to a few thai kickboxing shows and they're always ramned with fanny. Girls like violence. Trust.

An apology from the guy mid-match left it as water under the bridge. Had he failed to break character and continued on with his match i might have had to get involved. The main event was cracking, one of the guys Victor Payne dubbed himself 'the one man firm' and was a football hooligan character, might have to have a word with him over authenticity, he was decked out in colours and not a piece of Paul & Shark in sight. WRONG.

Sounds mega.
Vic sounds like a Barmy though. It'd be wicked if he did it properly and came out in a Stone Island jacket and pulled out a Stanley. I reckon even the yanks would eat that up.
Also: I have a Paul and Shark thing on my keyring so people know not to fuck with me when I open my door.

I was watching clips of Summerslam '92 the other week, it was awesome, probably my favourite PPV ever. So many classic matches; LoD vs Money Inc Natrual Disaster vs The Beverly Brothers (I loved The Natrual Disasters) Shawn Michaels vs Rick Martel Randy Savage vs Ultimate Warrior British Bulldog vs Bret Hart What a fucking event. Gonna download it tonight I reckon and watch it again. EDIT: Looking at that, it's a shame how many of those guys are dead. Hawk, Earthquake & British Bulldog all gone There was also Crush was also on the card against Repo Man, he's dead (Crush)

So Impact last week opened with them going over the fallout from the PPV. Understandable, it was a big deal. They talked for the first 42 minutes of the first hour. There were 12 minutes total of wrestling in the entire show (two hours) TNA = Redefining the industry.

So Impact last week opened with them going over the fallout from the PPV. Understandable, it was a big deal. They talked for the first 42 minutes of the first hour. There were 12 minutes total of wrestling in the entire show (two hours) TNA = Redefining the industry. Hillarious stuff, eh? TNA is a mess at the moment. The whole 'They'/nWo rip-off storyline is just a huge, huge clusterfuck that doesn't make a great deal of sense. I've been reading a few wrestling forums recently and it's pretty funny to see all the TNA fans clutching at straws trying to explain the whole thing with YouTube videos and explanations of why something happened. One poster actually explained it all pretty well and it made sense. The thing is, not everybody will have seen that and it's pretty bad when fans have to explain to other fans what is going on. TNA should be making sure people can follow what's going on. A lot of fans are predicting it's going to lead to bigger and better things, huge suprises etc but I doubt that'll happen, it's just TNA getting desperate and trying to get people to tune in. WWE is the far superior product at the moment. Really enjoying the dynamic to the Cena/Nexus stuff, Orton is huge at the moment and doing a great job, Sheamus is brilliant, The Miz is also pretty great which surprises me as I used to hate him and Daniel Bryan is pretty awesome. Plus, they've made RAW better by getting rid of Edge. They had too many 'Main Eventers' on RAW so sending Edge to SmackDown, who needed more star power, was a wise move. In return, RAW get CM Punk which is fucking marvellous. He can float between 'Upper Midcard' and 'Main Event' and will hopefully start feuding with Daniel Bryan at sometime soon. Oh, and there's Michael Cole. As a good guy, he's atrocious, but as a heel, he's quite enjoyable. SmackDown is doing okay, too. I love the Kane/Undertaker feud and bringing Paul Bearer back was a stroke of genius. Wasn't really keen on him turning on 'Taker on siding with Kane but we'll see where it leads. SmackDown also have Big Show who I'll always be a fan of and have a couple of young guys who could be future stars (Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger) There's also Alberto Del Rio, basically Mexico's answer to JBL who may be the best thing about SmackDown at the moment. Oh, and as mentioned above, Edge. I'm not a huge Rey Mysterio fan anymore tbh but he does his job and provides SmackDown with a bit of star power. So yeah, I reckon WWE is a far better product than TNA at the moment.
