AEW making moves! Their roster is STACKED! Read the results and watched the Cole & Danielson debuts. Can't wait to watch the whole show later though, looks like it was stellar.

Watched it, as usual the young bucks have the best match on the card.
Cm punk fight was decent at best. Think they’ve blown their load too quickly having cm punks first match then Cole and Daniel Bryan debut on the same card. Obviously there’s many great matches and stories to be booked now but what else can they bring in to surprise people now?

AEW has got me back into wrestling. It’s on fire at the minute and the crowds are the closest thing to attitude era crowds that you’ll get. It makes all the difference.
Btw MJF is the best heel in years.

What are some of your favorite matches? It would be better to find it on YouTube or something similar if you can.
The Rockers vs. Orient Express (Royal Rumble 1991) - Fantastic match and it probably stole the show tbh. Sadly I can't find a link.
Others to come as I think of them.

Yeah, that Cody v Dustin match is sensational. I'd also recommend Young Bucks vs Omega & Hangman from AEW. Probably one of my favourite tag team matches of all time. Can't find it on YouTube unfortunately.

Perhaps not the greatest match ever, but still holds up & fucking hell what a crowd.
Even more remarkable if what Bret Hart says in his book is true about the Bulldog being completely out of it & him essentially carrying Daveyboy the entire time.

Not watched that yet, though I saw a twitter clip of the Miz mention  I've got BT sport now so watched a little bit of Raw the other week, fucking hell it looked shit. Not sure why anybody would bother with it now. AEW is clearly the better alternative, at least for old cunts like us. Mind you, I've barely been watching that either. My obsession with wrestling is weird, I rarely enjoying watching it, but I'll spend ages listening to interviews about what's going on or things that happened years ago. |

My obsession with wrestling is weird, I rarely enjoying watching it, but I'll spend ages listening to interviews about what's going on or things that happened years ago. My shit is weird too. I'll maybe check out a wrestling website out a couple times a week to check news. I have the Peacock app for the WWE PPVs that I share with my brother & cousin. But sometimes when I want to fall asleep I'll throw on a Jim Cornette podcast for no fucking reason. I mean, he's kinda funny, but why do I do that? |

I'm not really one for keeping my finger on the pulse with all that is going on in professional wrestling but since Fuzzy D posted that video of the MJF and CM Punk promo I've been obsessing a bit over AEW and MJF in particular, he's fucking amazing as a heel. I've not once seen a video of him were he is out of character. I'd highly recommend giving this a watch ...
