I swore I wouldn't get anything more from 2011 until I'd done my list but I just heard a tune somewhere & had to grab it.
RYM describes them under 'Traditional Doom Metal, Hard Rock, Heavy Psych
Psychedelic Rock, Stoner Rock'. Seen many people mention how it's doom mental, Fuck knows. To me it's very loud psychedelic rock with a the sort of riffs that made early Sabbath so good.
I'm half way through the LP and really loving it.

Doom metal  That sounds like the type of music my pops would s shout turn that shit off to. This however his ears would percolate to. I think any metal that sounds like old metal (the original good stuff) gets wrongly classified in part due to how many shitty shitty bands claim to be inspired by the actual good ones. |
