Actually coming in a close second with be LCD Soundsystem - Sound Of Silver... some days I think this is my fav of the decade.

2010 - 2000 = 10 Technicalities though Logically, 2010 is the last year of the 00s. So you can pick an album released in 2010. It follows that 2000 was not the first year of the 00s, but the last of the 2000s. Example: "Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants is definitely the best album of the 1990s." That said, I'd go with Arcade Fire - Funeral.
