Yeah, had heard it from some bootleg too, but I think it was from Robin alone. Anyway sounds more completed with the full band arrangements, lovely track.

Listening to the Fleet Foxes in 128 quality is like turning up to the pub expecting to met one person and meeting some other person with less quality

It sounds fine. 128 is technically "CD" quality. Its not a stream rip either. Obviously want to hear it on vinyl or FLAC, but this is fine for a listen.
The big negative is the first track has an error.
Im enjoying it. Im definitely contact high, but I love it wholly after only one listen.

I'm not gonna listen to it until a better rip surfaces, but I'll accept some teasing from you

I dont want to go batshit about it, but I really do love every song thus far. It seems like a gradual growth from the first record. Lots more instrumentation, lots of flourishes and changes. The builds in some of the songs (i.e. The Plains/Bitter Dancer) are incredible gorgeous. Its like secular church music.

Thanks Together with Richard Hawley, they're one of those acts whose music is simply beautiful, it makes the world a better place to live in. I haven't been really impatient about this album though, I'll just wait for it to come and enjoy it in few but intense doses, like a good wine.

Thanks, I don't think I'll be able to give it a serious listen until tomorrow though On the other hand, the title track has grown on me a lot, specially after lookin' at the lyrics If I know only one thing It's that every thing that I see Of the world outside is so inconceivable Often I barely can speak

After my first full listen, everything is like it should, all the details that excited me are still there, plus some initrincated turns and some interesting new sounds too. I would even say it's more cohesive and Robin sounds better than ever... but I still don't feel it at all. I thought it was a little oppressive at certain moments and miss more electric instrumentation, love their guitar work and thought they have put it a little aside... I have made several stops through it and was watching the Champions League, so I hope it'll grow on me. Surely will tbh, so I'll delet this post
