And just to prove it... this is V Fest in Toronto a few years back... yep, that's a fence behind us forcing us to drink overpriced beers away from the stages...

It also forces people to throw beers over the fence when security isn't looking to their mates on the outside to get beers to the stages...

Seems like the opposite of Dour festival in Belgium. I went there in 2008 to see BJM, Neon Neon and a couple of others play. The festival ran from thursday untill sunday but the camping opened on wednesday. When we got there on wednesday in the first hour I already saw two people being dragged away bij first aid because the passed out. You could literally hear a fucking ambulance every half our for the entire festival. Some crazy shit that was

Even though I was fucking pissed on everything there was around myself it actually started to annoy me because people were constantly asking if you had acid, cocaine or whatever. Some people even asked me a swig (if that's the right word) from my beer for them to swallow their XTC. Fuck off, go buy yourself a fucking beer. Also when I was tripping like a motherfucker people kept asking you shit which clearly is the last thing you want when you're spaced out with some mates.

Was a great festival nevertheless but some people were just terrible cunts. Was lucky though, when me and my mates went to Brussels by train we had cocaine, marijuana, acid and xtc with us. I heard from another guy the train after us was being inspected by the Belgian police with dogs and such. I wouldn't mind getting arrested for anything drug related in here but in another country I would shit myself probably

yes, indeed. some days i don't even bother to go the festival for most of the day, when there's shit bands playing and all. on those days it's way better to hang around with your mates, drinking, smoking, having a laugh with a few other that camp around you etc. nothing beats waking up smelling like a rat and realizing you really need a beer to make it through the day ;D

I took a night train from copenhagen to munich once with a load of hash from christiania and was a little concerned because i'd heard that on trains from amsterdam into germany police ran dogs through, so I put the has in a box and stuffed the box in the bin in the toilet. I got it back fine the next morning BUT there was a sanitary towel in the bin on top of it, and every time I smoked that hash I was haunted by it.
