Cheers I'd never seen that documentary before, was quite moving tbh.
Have you got/seen the Love Story dvd? Is a cracking documentary about Love but in the extra's theres a good interview with the Head's about the time they performed with Arthur, it's pretty funny.

i've had it from lovefilm yeah, its just a shame it stops telling the story at four sail, just when arthurs tale starts to get really interesting...
that 92 documentary is just a cobbled together thing of the mick head parts from an hour long documentary about music in liverpool, I have it somewhere in horrific quality.

Yeah, I fully expected it to pretend nothing happened after Forever Changes but either way, pretty good documentary. Even Ken Livingstone bigging them up.

Ok you have raised a point though the passion of Boris cannot be questioned, could you see Ken smashing into the Germans for the good of the country? It was Boris who brought down the Berlin wall.

for a few weeks in 1992 shack became part of arthur lee's Love, a dodgy bootleg of that in liverpool already exists, heres a story of them rehearsing the night before the gig, contains a download link for that very gig. www.shacknet.co.uk/?p=2514

This week I have rediscovered The Corner Of Miles And Gil, what a great record. That's when I got into them - when The Corner of Miles and Gil came out. Then I discovered their older albums. Any news about them working on another album? It seems like they always take a few years between albums anyway.

Nah fuck all lately, John Head is doing a couple of gigs with some new band soon, would of gone to the TCOTU one but he's only support for the Clientele who have always bored me to death when I've seen them.
