It's not really a proper album, its being treated as a compilation, like that 'Chamber Music' album from a couple of years back, its more like the band are 'endorsing' the album by performing on a load of songs with other rappers, I don't think RZA produced one song and GZA and Masta Killah don't appear on it at all.
According to Raekwon the real new album is in the works and should be released in May next year, but that could mean anytime in the next 5 years.
