Although I recognise the dichotomy is a false one, an invention to bring some banter to the forum; it genuinely isn't even close.
Bring The Light was a stunning return to action from younger Gallagher.
TDOYAM could almost be a parody, albeit a reasonably catchy, slightly above average one... sunshine, soul, thunder, simple rhymes, simple ripped off tune etc.
Noel by numbers. Hugely disappointing.

Bring The Light is one of the best singles released by anyone in the past 12 months.
Noel's effort isn't even one of the best singles of the past 2 weeks.

Altho a fully paid up member of team Noel I'd give this one to the beadies. As someone said tho, make it a lot shorter and use the live ending and it wouldve been a genuine classic
