He's without a doubt been saving these songs throughout the years. They dont sound like earlier Oasis but they definitely have the spirit of that period. I wonder if he ever looks back on the last 10 years of Oasis and thinks to himself 'I should have took total control of those records and made it mainly Noel songs/Liam vocals. He's always been prolific as fuck.

Nah man its obvious he had enough quality material locked away but chose to let Bell and Archer bring down the last 3 Oasis albums. This is fact. Ive no problem with Liam having the odd tune on them cos the likes of Songbird is a great tune.

As for dragging down the last three albums Noel had some stinkers on there.

heathen chemistry was all shit, don't believe the truth has let there be love, but dig out your soul has nothing.

doys has Get Off Your High Horse Lady on it, which is a fucking tune!
dbtt is a pretty good album, probably the best after sotsog.
heathen chemistry is a shocker of an album, apart from scyho and hindu times.
i'm quite happy with what iv heard so far from noel's album, apart from the death of you and me, i don't really like that but the other songs iv heard sound epic.
can't wait for the album, it's gonna be a classic.

DOYS had 'Bag It Up' and 'The Turning'- two of my favourite Oasis songs ever.
90 seconds of AKA...What A Life! > Gem's entire family history

I have no idea if you're joking or not why would i be joking? it's a brilliant song, different to any other oasis song. it's the type of song i could play to my mates who hate oasis and they'll enjoy it.

(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady is top notch. Not the typical Oasis number is why I like it.

Noel spin, same with I Can See A Liar. Noel wrote the shit songs and should take some responsibility instead of 'Liam wanted it on there' or 'Liam wouldn't do vocals'. ;D

If you like it fair enough If you're friends don't like Oasis after living through a generation of Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger, Rock and Roll Star etc being in the social conscious then I wouldn't bother trying to convert them or playing music for their tastes.
