First song and wondering where did all of that at the end came from. Showing the weapons from the start, that's the right way.

First song sounding good yes. "I Might" is decent hoping for something more on this album so far so good...

Fuck, Dawned On Me has one of the best chorus I've heard in ages. Didn't like some arrangements of it though

I'd rate a gold top 3 formed by Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, Sky Blue Sky and Summerteeth. Then A Ghost Is Born a little behind. Then the rest in the ok category.

For some reason I don't know why but I don't rate Yankee Hotel Foxtrot highly. I find it vastly overrated and a bit boring. I honestly prefer A.M and Being There to it. But yes Summerteeth and Sky Blue Sky are quite good along with A Ghost Is Born...

For some reason I don't know why but I don't rate Yankee Hotel Foxtrot highly. Everytime I've tried it I've found it bland as fuck & it's completely bored me. Don't understand why anybody would rate it. Never tried anything else because I disliked that LP so much.

I can understand that but I seriously think any person with a little love to music should see Wilco live at least once.

Yeah I think it's leaked. I preordered the album and honestly I'm content on waiting for it. New album sounded good better than the last but dunno about rating it against previous albums. I still prefer the first 3 albums through and through. I think mahoney it would be worth your time to check them out. Then revisit YHF again. I like the early country tingled tunes but I also like the out of sync experimental tunes with out of place guitar solos. Brilliant band imo wish I had got into them earlier tbf.

It is pretty hard for Wilco to make another 'decent' album when they have YHF in their back catalogue. Once you reach max level you freaking stop levelin' tbh

Summerteeth and Sky Blue Sky are better than decent albums imo. Wilco (The Album) is sub par decent at best. Probably their worst. New album is maybe a bit better not quite sure yet. But "Art of Almost" like blows every other song off the new album out of the water. That song really doesn't even seem to fit into the vibe of the other songs or album for that matter. Regardless maybe coolest band from Chicago

Yep, I think this album kinda goes downhill from the start, but it's no bad by any means. Thought about the preorder but haven't decided yet. For me it's like all their early records were building to YHF, as good as they are. Then Nels Cline came and added some of his magic. From now on they can release whatever they want, they'll still sound amazing live.

I haven't seen them live barny. Hopefully I can make it to this upcoming Madison show. A friend I know has an extra ticket just don't know if I'm going to make the trip. But yeah they sound even better live....
