I know but once he's had a word with Alan mcghee and sardy he'll be dusting off 'solve my mystery' and selling out the arenas. And tbh it might not be a bad thing, I don't want him wasting any killers before the Oasis reunion!
The warring Gallagher brothers are on the point of making up.
Liam, 41, and Noel, 46, are both due to attend a family wedding in Ireland next week on the strict orders of their mum Peggy.
She's told the ex-Oasis rockers they have to be there - and have to behave.
The nuptials are set to be held at the K Club in Co. Kildare, where the free booze will inevitably flow.
Which could be a recipe for disaster - or the perfect scene for a Crimbo reunion.
A pal of the lads told us: "Noel and Liam refused to go at first.
"They still don't want to see each other.
"But Peggy has insisted that they are both there. A few family members are expecting it to be very awkward. But Peggy has told them there is to be absolutely no drama or fighting on the day.
"She thinks they will surprise everyone though by sorting their issues out once and for all."
No-one's going to be watching the bride at this wedding...
The stubborn bros have been trading insults in the press ever since Oasis's shock split in 2009.
Noel did actually text Liam last Christmas - again on Peggy's insistence - but the Beady Eye frontman just replied saying: "Who's this?"
Noel admitted to finding the reply "hilarious", but we hope they can finally bury the hatchet in Ireland.
It'd be just in time for Oasis' 20th anniversary next year, too.
Fancy that.

He was the stunt double for Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter in the first six films of the Harry Potter film series. Holmes was also credited as playing the role of Adrian Pucey in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001), the first of the film series, though this was an error in the credits: Pucey was actually played by Scott Fearn.
"Coyle is currently overseeing an expanded version of former Shack singer Michael Head’s 1997 album 'The Magical World Of The Strands', the sole album by Michael Head And The Strands"
Okay... I liked Noel's last effort, but I have a hard time believing he's making another Definitely Maybe. God I wanted today's announcement to be the re-formation of Oasis so bad. Noel has a record in the works, Liam steps in and sings lead. Would be perfect. Instead, we get a re-issue of DM, and what I hope isn't the implosion of BDI.
"The new record will be seismic. It's so explosive that, on the day it comes out, Virgin Trains won’t be able to cope with all the people trying to flee the chaos."
Not getting released until next year according to Brian Cannon:-
''At the personal request of Noel Gallagher – I have been working on the packaging and extras for the soon to be released remastered formats of Definitely Maybe since last October. I am absolutely made up with the results – and clearly so too is he - he has asked me to oversee all design and production of his new solo records artwork and photography – due out next year. Definitely Maybe (whilst having more or less the same front and back covers) is reissued in four different formats – each with totally different inner imagery, culminating in a 56 paged 12 inch by 12 inch hard backed book available only with the limited edition box set of which I am particularly proud.. Morning Glory and Be Here Now are to get the remastered box set treatment (both for release this year and also repackaged by me) the overall banner for the project is ‘Chasing The Sun’.''
"The new record will be seismic. It's so explosive that, on the day it comes out, Virgin Trains won’t be able to cope with all the people trying to flee the chaos."
...and will almost certainly have solve my mystery on the track list.
