Beady Eye to play Oasis songs this year

right thing to do. legend liam needs to reclaim classics like supersonic and wonderwall from noels acoustic dirge. another summer of victory for team BDI is ahead of us.

Well, I don't give a shit who plays whose songs as long as his voice can still handle it. Noel's obviously can't so it's up to Liam to step up ze game.

Even though Liam sounds like a donkey with a stick up it's arse, this is massive news for beady eye fans, as noel's songs will ensure beady eye play to half empty venues instead of empty venues.

Bit of a naff idea this I reckon.....If they were ever gonna do oasis, they shoulda done them first time around. If the second album is only as good as DGSS then they'd have a more than a decent set anyway. I can't help thinking their gonna come across like a pub covers band (has any band done this before?....like yeah wings I think did Beatles song, but only the macca ones?)

They have a point though, they have proven they can make a whole tour with their own material and now they've just decided to add something extra, fair play. Still, I hope they just play 3 or 4 Oasis songs, only one written by Noel. With that they could have a quite solid set and change it frequently.
