I had a chat tonight with my friend who promotes gigs asking him to recommend a booking agent.... to whom do I pass these details on?
SHIT HORSE in UK just got one step closer.
and for the band, on top of a UK tour a gig in paris may be possible.

Spain is quite close too then... well, i spoke to my promoter friend asking him recommend a booking agent he said he'd facebook the details to me but hasnt yet so I've just sent hm a little reminder. Emilie formerly of the soapbox now promotes gigs, normally she puts on twee pop with two friends but she has said she'd put on a shit horse gig on her own. I have a friend in madrid who might possibly be able to arrange something there though I havent yet spoke to her about it. its likely that any gigs away from UK would cost shit horse money to play though, the money generated by the gig would cover food and stuff and most likely someone putting the gig on would give the fellas a place to sleep for the night but the elongated travel costs would probably not be recouped. |

I would cross the country for sure if someone makes it real more small bands than you think play gigs in spain, madrid and barcelona especially. my mates grindcore band (MECHAGODZILLA) sell very few records but have played there a few times. a spanish mate posted this on her facebook the other day.  it can be done |

Yeah had a few texts from Mick today, he said he'll be making a few more video appearances on the soapbox in the soapbox in the near future.
Really can't wait for them to put some more music out, that EP is just so short, I need another hit.
