tbh i started feeling really weird at that moment, was desperate to go to the toilet but had taken a bit of a turn and was too scared to go down the corridor so i wasn't paying the greatest attention to peep show

Thought it was better than last weeks' but I still am finding this series a bit underwhelming.

*neck stuck out* best series since series 3 agreed, really been enjoying it. the writing has been quality, hasn't relied on gimmicks as much as the last coupla series.

*neck stuck out* best series since series 3 agreed, really been enjoying it. the writing has been quality, hasn't relied on gimmicks as much as the last coupla series. That's exactly it, it's not Step 1: Invent zany situation, Step 2: Insert characters, Step 3: Done, like it's been known to be (though I've always liked it anyway), now there's proper depth to the characters and structure to their world again. Mark's identity crisis has been beautifully written and Jez's insecure pseud is actually like a real person for once, which is a welcome change from 'well she likes him because she's kooky and unbelievably stupid' for the 57th time and it makes him more interesting as a result. Like I say I've always enjoyed it, but now it almost feels like they've been treading water for 3 series by comparison.

I actually watched it last night, never really watched it before. It was absolutely horrendous. One of the worst things I've ever seen.

Loved Episode 3, best of the series so far. Probably one of my favourites in recent Peep Show history.

Why is nobody talking about Friday's episode? Another pretty good one, I thought. Spoiler below incase people are yet to have watched it... Proper pissed myself at the end when you heard Mark scream and he'd jumped out of the window

Can't wait for Friday's Christmas episode.
Have we ever had a Peep Show episode at Christmas time?

It was very good for a bottleneck episode, very good indeed some great lines
just put me off seing the window half way through the show, couldn't help thinking they could easily have jumped and made it first time, making half the episode redundant

For me 2 and 3 dipped a bit but that was quality stuff again, also episodes like that I generally find very impressive because most of it is almost entirely dependent on the quality of the script and the writing and it's very difficult to get any cheap laughs from the plotline. Top stuff. Never had a Peep Show Xmas or New Year, there'll also be no Peep Show for the whole of 2011 as Armstrong and Bain are doing other projects

The whole bit with the pissy brushed pizza in this week's is the most i've belly-laughed at the telly in ages

'Who wants their mail brushed anyway?', plenty of great moments in another strong episode, all told I'd be lying if I said I thought it was as good as the last two though, considering it was a 'trapped' episode I thought there might be some more revealing dialogue like in the Quantocks (one of the the best episodes ev0r surely?) but it came off a little more like an idea they'd come up with to use up all the good lines they'd thought of but not had a chance to use yet - no real problem with that though as the lines are usually great
