Wasn't sure on first listen. I heard the 6 minute video edit rather than the full version that was on bbc6 yesterday.

This is going to sound like a mong-like question, but is this new song '2013' different to the new song they were playing live last year, which I'm sure was called '2012' ?

O RLY?After Bobby Gillespie greeted the 10,000 strong crowd at the festival in the heart of Hong Kong's iconic Victoria harbour, the band opened with their new 10-minute song '2012,'[/B] before running through a tight, hour-long greatest hit set including 'Swastika Eyes,' 'Movin' On Up' and a riotously received 'Loaded' - you can watch fan-filmed footage of the band playing the track above.[/SIZE] www.nme.com/news/primal-scream/67504#rPs79869rPtEVRTo.99

i quite like it, the sax is great, but bobby g's vocals are cringeworthy and piss-weak. they seem to give it that emptiness that mr david mentions

I have never rated his vocals tbh, always thought it was a matter of collateral damage
