Good show, nephews.

Liam's voice in fine form. Could do without "Bring the light", but overall a solid setlist with an emphasis on BE tracks.

Wonderwall (although I've seen Oasis live 4 times, I'd never seen it performed by Liam) and C&A as far as Oasis tracks go, with Gimme shelter as the encore (despite the lack of any emphatic demands - it's such a farce, I respect the Manics for never doing encores).

Flick of the finger, I'm just saying and Shine a light were the highlights.

Well worth the cash and the wait, especially to see Liam sing in such a relatively small venue. It wasn't even sold out, the seats directly in front of me for two rows were empty - meaning I had a clear view of the stage the entire time.

That what every performer calls it - the festival dates are so far apart, that even with a standalone gig in between you have plenty of free time.

I'm clearly out of touch not knowing his name, but he actually looks like Liam in the face, '96 especially. Longer hair and he's nailed it completely.

edit: how did I forget EYEBROWS? Is he actually a Gallagher?

Gig in Lisbon cancelled... Lets hope to fuck Cologne is still going ahead

Funny gig last night in Cologne.

We walked in as Chris Sharrock was going through. He's tiny!

I went "Are you gonna get your hits out mate?", he replied "Er...whose hits?"

Liam just randomly walked onstage during Big Bad Paul Gallagher's DJ set. Not sure what he was doing but I assume he shock hands with the front row or signed autographs. He just hand about on stage for about 5 minutes. Bit weird.

Flick kicks off and he shouts out "It's all about the money not the rock and roll" and kept making money gestures with this hands. Later on he dedicated a song to all the squares and pointed out a square with his finger which was visually quite cool. Not sure why he's got the hump as there must of been 2-3000 there and the venue was really cool. Pretty funny though.
