Its really really good I think, it has a more laid back feel than Nouns, even on the more up tempo and faster songs, they seem to be delivered in a more laid back way, really loving it

yeah i agree.
on first listen i really like it but its different to what i expected. seems a bit more polished and not as raw as the older stuff but doesnt really suffer for it. laid back is probabaly the term i was looking for, throughout it i was thinking, this song is still pretty loud n stuff but theres something not quite there that was on the previous lps, and yeah i guess its that aggression.
i think it will grow and grow though this one, nouns is obviously a lot to live up to but it seems a decent follow up.

just one listen so far but enjoyed a bunch of tunes. this album obviously needs to be blasted loud. some killer riffs all around. nouns is one of my favourite rock albums of the 00s so i didn't really expect this to top it, but it's way too early to tell
