Storm Arwen is a nasty one. We are literally about 100m - 200m away from the sea so things are pretty gnarly. House and windows are shaking. Loft hatch has flew open and now cannot be closed so there's wind upstairs. Table in the garden is over and parasol is gone. Compared to some on the estate, we haven't got it that bad. I'm in a Facebook group for the estate and there are reports of smashed windows, someone's shed has been blown to bits and various people reporting water getting in and causing floods in their house. One woman reckons her ceilings are on the verge of collapse.

Crazy times.
Been out the front just now and we've lost tiles off the roof also.
That fucking Arwen storm ! I'll never learn. Everytime I want to go to Scotland something of that kind happens. Except I never managed to reach Glasgow. I was in Liverpool when the storm hit the country. I was drunk, I didn't realise it was a big one
