No, I think it comes from the following compilation nobody did buy. The Stop the Clocks DVD is quite good too. I didn't buy the Stop the Clocks DVD because I assumed there'd be a complete collection eventually, which I snapped up upon release. What are the special features on STC? |

It's from the Time Flies DVD.
It's only coming out now because only now has someone gone out of their way to edit together a commentary highlight reel. These are only snippets - Noel's commentary features through the duration of all the videos, except for "I'm outta time" which has commentary by Liam instead.
