My friend is working on sfx for Tron as we speak. He claims its going to be really good, but I have my doubts. Daft Punk doing the entire soundtrack though.

Oh, just a few that have caught my eye lately on IMDB:
I'm Still Here A documentary on Joaquin Phoenix's transition from the acting world to a career as an aspiring rapper. Dir: Casey Affleck
The Social Network Harvard undergraduate Mark Zuckerberg (Eisenberg) recruits some of his classmates to develop the social networking website, Facebook. The endeavor, however, leads to a messy fallout with friend and co-founder, Eduardo Saverin (Garfield). Dir: David Fincher FFS!
Somewhere A hard-living actor (Dorff) holed up in the Chateau Marmont gets a reality check when he's visited by his 11-year-old daughter (Fanning). Dir: Sofia Coppola

The Town
Directed by Affleck. He did a good job with Gone Baby Gone and this looks interesting.

Don't know when de Niro lost his cool but it's been a while since I last saw him have it. And that looks like a movie that can go either way of pretentiousness. But it is promising, it might be the movie that gives back some credit to both him and Norton.
