i'll watch anything paul walker is involved with from 'the skulls' to 'fast and furious' to that beach movie with jessica alba. although i do think the 'furious' movies are good popcorn flicks, but 1 of them was particularly bad. i'd recommend 'takers' though. that is actually a good paul walker movie. lots of action/heist film.

I served Paul Walker at my pub last year. I guess he's originally from Minneapolis. He was an absolute cunt and his girlfriend/wife/whore/whatever was ugly. cheers.

"This afternoon at Comic-Con, Robert Rodriguez appeared to introduce his new company Quick Draw and talk a little bit about his upcoming plans. And the good news is that he also shared a little about the state of the union on films he's been talking about for a while.
First up, following Machete's strong DVD performance, Rodriguez has had a green light on Machete Kills, the sequel, and is optimistic that he'll be able to follow that with Machete Kills Again, which will be a "a space opera with a machete-shaped lightsaber. To see a badass Mexican in space is really rare in science fiction. We’re at least going to shoot a trailer for that and put it in front of Machete Kills."
And because some film projects never quite die, what news on Sin City 2? "Frank has written a script for Sin City 2. It’s called A Dame To Kill For. We’re following the structure of the first film with 3 stories and a wrap-around. There's two new stories in there; one is called The Long Bad Night. It could be shot as early as this year – this is the closest we’ve been and if it’s going to happen, it’s going to happen this year. I’d love to do that in 3D, because I have an idea to do that in a way that 3D hasn’t been used before."YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS MACHETE 2 AND MACHETE 3 IN SPACE. CAN YOU FEEL THE POWER?

.................. even bigger man-power news. John Travolta and Chuck Norris are reported to be joining Sylvester Stallone and company for the sequel to the hit action film, The Expendables. The two stars will join a hugely impressive cast of action greats, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, for the sequel, to be directed by Con Air helmer, Simon West.
In an interview with Novantine about the film, due to start shooting September, studio head David Varod reeled off the names attached:
Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, John Travolta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke...who else? Of course, Bruce Willis. BIGGEST FILM EVER

Looks decent by the looks of it but highly doubt its better than the original with Susan George.

I will watch that out of curiousity but the original is a near masterpiece for my money. Seems a bit pointless to remake it.
Also the bird don't look a millionth as fit as Susan George but then nobody does.

not really, out of all his books it's the choice I'd have least gone with. Marabou Stork Nightmares deserves to be made into a film, it's even better than Trainspotting imo

Can't wait for 'The Expedables 2'! JCVD, Norris and potentially Nicholas Cage. FFS. The only thing that could beat this is if Sly makes 'COBRA II'. Haven't had a chance to see FF5 yet, but a mate tells me it's absolute garbage. As in, AWESOME. Thor is ok, bit of wank though.

Yeah, after years of hating the Cage I've finally realised what he's all about. I hope he makes it down to Bulgaria with the boys to blow some shit up.
