A great win for Liverpool. Historic stuff. Man Utd really went to pieces after the 2nd and 3rd goals. Might be a bit of a reality check for some Utd fans. There's still aot of work to be done and the squad lacks depth at the quality that's required to compete for the title. They played a lot of games in the last 2 weeks, and while it can't be used as en excuse for such an emphatic loss, I'm sure it's played it's part.
As for Liverpool, what does it really mean? Still outside of the top 4. Still behind Utd. With the way they've been this season, wouldn't surprise me if they went and lost away to Bournemouth next week. Amazing result that will go down in history but they've gotta follow it up to make it count for anything.
