Pretty much accepted we won't win the league, I think of lfc now as 80s Everton - we'll look back and say that was our best team and manager. Had the best goalie in the world probably too. Won the lot and had a blast but we could/ should have won more but there was 1 team just a bit better edging us out. For 80s Everton it was us and for us now it's city. The thing we lack is, city are like a great white - emotionless, efficient killing machine. Whereas we're a very emotional team and the wheels come off from time to time.

Crystal Palace have announced manager Roy Hodgson has stepped down.
