GMP: "Greater Manchester Police are aware of an allegation regarding a 21-year-old man breaching his bail conditions and an arrest has been made on Saturday 15 October 2022. Enquiries are ongoing at this time."

be interesting to see what united do (contract runs to 2025). assume he stays at the club. greenwood still comes out of this badly. Surely there is no way he plays for Man Utd again, let alone in the Premier League? Charges may have been dropped but that doesn't make him innocent. Plus, those recordings were pretty grim. |

I can't see the rest of the team wanting him in the dressing room tbh. Probably better offloading him to Saudi Arabia or Arsenal where they don't mind these things.

Except it's not quite as clear cut as that, eddiemurphy.
The article also says:
"Greenwood could be forced to conduct a TV interview and undergo therapy before returning to the first-team fold at Old Trafford.
Before that, though, fan groups, sponsors and the women’s team would be consulted over their opinions.
A TV interview with the England international would also see him challenged on the events that unfolded.
However, there is also a possibility that the club cut ties with the forward entirely"
So it's hardly set in stone.
