I particularly enjoyed on whether ghosts appear in colour or black and white: "we need to look into that"

And having enough self-awareness to refer to his "signature lean".

“Liam has so many parkas that he and Debbie are seriously considering moving from the house they recently bought to a new one with more wardrobe space.
‘I’ve got so many parkas I can’t hang them all up and I’d rather throw the house out than the parkas, he says’”
Top interview. Not quite as good as his last sit-down with Ted Kessler, and not as entertaining as the John Doran on camera one for Vice, but great fun all the same.

Shockwave video at 11am. Also:
"Apple Music have Liam Gallagher's album 'Why Me? Why Not' listed for release on September 20th.
The standard version has 11 songs while the deluxe version comes with 14 songs."

i like it quite a bit. nothing original obviously, but nicely shot and it feels authentic to liam's spirit. and most importantly, it makes the song sound better.

Shockwave video at 11am. Also: "Apple Music have Liam Gallagher's album 'Why Me? Why Not' listed for release on September 20th. A day before his birthday! The only reason I know this nerdy fact is because me and Liam were born on the same day (fuck yeah). As Andy Bell once hammered home in the classic A Quick Peep: that'll do me.

Quite like the song, "maybe the shame will open your eyes" bit is really doing it for me.

Video looks cool but can't crank it up currently so will watch later in full.
Last play it was still standing up. The verses are especially strong, in fact so strong it deserved one or two more, possibly the only downside. The 'now I'm back in the city' line gets me especially pumped.

Did you expect it to sound like Metallica? It's better than anything BE released bar Flick. His voice on the verses sounds especially mega.

LG interview in today’s Sunday Times is interesting but tells you nothing about his new album (I bought the paper and the online version is behind a paywall).
It was branded as the first ‘family interview’ he’s done with his three grown up kids, including his daughter who he only met last year. You can tell the two lads are mega ambitious, Gene in particular will no doubt form some terrible Britpop-lite band in the future.

I watched it last night. Pretty good documentary really. Would've liked to have seen more in the studio and of the recording process. I just find that shit fascinating. I liked the bits with him and his kids (cue sully calling me a paedo) it was heartwarming stuff.
Also, I hope him and Debbie last. She's good for him and I think it came through that he loves the shit out of her.

watched it last night but I'm traumatised by boneheads choices to a) still be known as bonehead and b) steal gary glitter's current bald goatie look
