Did you just create a blog quickly with some fake lyrics to try and overthrow me??
Definitely says Beady Eye. It's all I can hear. Bit like the new PJ Harvey album
BLUD! BLUD! YOGA FIRE!

Well, I really enjoyed that. One of the best first listens I think i've ever had. So many instant tunes. Funny to see Peaches turn up on Alligator Aviator Autopilot Antimatter too Patti Smith on the closing track too, but then she's Stipe's bezzy mate innit

There are apparently new songs by Arctic Monkeys and BJM on Sordo, still haven't checked if they're fake

this elbow lp is loads better than i expected. might be their best lp yet actually. It's really fucking good. Had 4 listens & it's definitely up there with the best records I've heard so far this year & could well end up being their best LP.

Relapse 2 was scrapped? I just assumed Recovery was the same album with a different name. Either way, Eminem hasn't released anything of any real interest to me in a very long time. There were one or two good songs on Relapse but Recovery was utter mince, imo of course.

Elbow (love)
I've read criticism that this record is too safe but just sounds like the 'indie' brigade finding an excuse as Elbow are pretty popular these days. Really enjoying it, need a few more listens to compare it to the older records. It is certainly better than The Seldom Seen Kid, which I thought was a bit overrated tbh

Been listening to their old stuff this weekend, and the only one I don't outright love is 'cast of thousands'. Leaders of the free world is probably their best...to me at least.

Oh shit, new Elbow leaked? I didn't know that. Really grown to love them this last year so looking forward to hearing it. Seldom Seen Kid is great IMO. The guitar break in Audience With The Pope is outstanding.

btw, a question about the new Elbow record. The first track, is anyone else annoyed by the shaker type sound in the right speaker? It makes me wonder if my mp3 is fucked because it sounds totally out of place and goes on for pretty much the whole song. I think it might be one of those instruments where the metal looking chains rub together to make a noise if you get what i mean. Somebody tell me I am not mad & say they can hear it.
