But not Reggae or Hip Hop, as we already have it covered.
It seems the forum has plenty of interest judging by recent lists and posts. And soul music seems to be in a good place in 2020.
With that it mind, here's 2 playlists to get things started.
The first is 21st Century Soul (with a smattering of hip hop, dance and stuff veering closer to jazz and an amazing Herbie Hancock cover). A lot of it is from this year.
I'll stick a tracklist on when i'm at my PC for the one forum member that doesn't have spotify.
Cleo Sol- Why Don't You
Quantic- Look Around the Corner
SAULT- Wildfires
Mysie- Doves
Natty Wylah, Puple Cloud - Cinders

The second is old stuff. 70s funk is over-represented. Partly because I love it and partly because golden age hip hop is so informed by it. And it's no secret that that's my bag. Man.
