Anyway the new tune is great, definitely in the top 50 songs EVER WRITTEN. |

it's better than that last tune but i'm still concerned at the direction this band is heading in. the new stuff just sounds too overproduced and ultimately a bit poncey. kinda like the stuff i'd obsess over in the early 00s that would have just the slightest shoegaze leaning. when deeper than holy came out it was fucking perfect and i thought we had the new verve on our hands. now i think its more like the new the open.
