I've just discovered how much I love the Delgados. Particularly Hate. It's some album. Annoyed that I'm 20 years late I never heard of them. I'm gonna check them out. |

The only thing I know about them is they took they're name from Spanish cyclist Perico Delgado

Annoyed that I'm 20 years late I never heard of them. I'm gonna check them out. The Delgados and The Beta Band are the two best bands out of Scotland in the last 25 years (Primal Scream are so old now they don’t count). All of The Delgados albums are worth your time. I’m a particular fan of Universal Audio. Can also recommend Emma Pollock’s solo material. |
