Worst song in SOTSOG but with a nice solo, not sure about all this as it might have sounded dated even in 2000

Digging it apart from the fucking list of colours. Same.

The list of colours is the best thing I have heard since Ian Brown introduced the "the rap" into Love Spreads 12 years ago.

All the Neeks on the various Oasis groups I’m on hate it, the lyrics are getting a hammering from Dwayne’s acolytes. This is the man who wrote some of the worst lyrics of the 90’s.
Anyway I think it’s alright, I love the groove of it. I bet it sounds amazing pissed up on warm Stella. Might have to put that to the test tonight.

They are confused and dumbfounded.
'But I like the Stone Roses!'
This isn't the Stone Roses, lads. There is an element of funk here and there is a need around 3 mins to simply get on down.
Little divs who like Noel are simply going to be incapable of reacting in a suitable manner.

I think I quite like it tbh.
Obviously the guitar work is great on this.

Atrocious. I can’t think of a worse Liam Gallagher single. Squire’s solo is just tasteless, like a relic from another time that nobody was asking for.
Talented guitarist, awful taste. Liam should stick with his songwriting squad. Even Gem could come up with something better than this

There is nothing this embarrassing one Dwayne’s latest record. If the squire album is as bad as this single I’m joining team Dwayne

Was waiting for Karl’s take and he didn’t disappoint. He just doesn’t have THE BOLLOCKS for this kind of thing anymore. That’s what a meat free diet will eventually do to a man. You’ll fit right in with Team Dwayne.
(Love you really)

I keep coming back to it - the only part I am not sure of is when Liam goes on about the colors i feel like I am in a paint shop.. I hate when he says indigo violet ffs.
Still nice enough though.

I like Liam's vocals.
Squire's solo makes no sense, it should be a lot more compact.

I'm back to say it's MEGA - always thinking of you soapy in moments like this.
Exactly the kind of tune you'd want/expect from the pair as a first single. It only really rips off Shed Seven, titled included, but nobody cares about them anymore anyway!

It also needed that elaborate solo for Squire to put his stamp on the tune, otherwise it results in a bunch of youtube mongs saying it just sounds like Oasis. This is bucket loads better than Hung In A Bad Place, 'ave it.
