Dunno how they could possible know what tickets are on stubhub etc, unless they cross match the credit cards being used?
The only way to stop all this now is for ticketmaster to put a statement out saying all tickets are now non transferrable. And the only way to transfer them is back to ticketmaster, all the poeple who planned on selling them on would have no option but to give them back

They've literally zero control over people reselling tickets. It's one of those things they just say to make people feel like they're doing something about it. Once the tickets are sold they've done their bit & couldn't care less what happens to them from that point on.
The only thing they have done in recent years is occasionally cancel orders where they believe a bot has ordered 100's from a single IP address.

Just had confirmation off the Principality Stadium that lower tier seating tickets cannot go onto the pitch, and I've got lower tier FFS
On the bright side, there is no pit / golden circle

Seats > standing #oldmanmahoney I'm with you, every Oasis gig I've been to has been standing and you barely get to hear a note. I reckon seating, higher up, would offer a better experience. Which is ironic, as I thought 'golden circle' referred to getting piss thrown over you lol, which is not funny, and was never funny, all them years ago. Also the best gig I ever went to, Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, in Manchester, was all seated. What a gig. |
