its not success thats the problem its what they did to achieve it... I mean ffs this place originates from an oasis forum so it would be pretty pathetic to be down on a band for selling lots of records. its pretty clear though surely that KOL took a mighty big suck on satans cock before they recorded sex on fire etc, is it not?
I am having an alright day btw. I have done fuck all lately and pretty much been forced to go through a load of stuff today in search of something which means actual minimal physical labour. I'm doing well though. I have rolled my sleeves up and everything.
Also: The bird I'm going Rod Stewart @ the O2 tomorrow has got us in a box meaning free bar, free ticket and I can sell my existing ticket on the way. Should end up breaking even instead of spending 50 sheets or something which is good but a corporate box at the O2 goes against everything I have ever believed in.
You reckon? I know BMI calcs can be a bit shite with extremes of muscle but didn't realise height could skew it that much. 16 stone would put me still quite high in "overweight"
Bottom line is that unless you're a gym freak who's built as fuck, a BMI over 30 does need some action really. Being a bit over 25 isn't the end of the world as some people are naturally a bit bigger so it does tend to create some grey areas, but yeah Moz is right to want to do something about it. Also waist size is a pretty good thing to go by since central obesity (ie around the waist) is a big predictive factor for getting diabetes in later life.

you'll be a bit overweight still but aesthetically you'd get away with it. once you're over 6ft the BMI charts i think are a bit skewed. (theres actually no basis for that, but bmi is just a guide for average sized people) i'm 6ft 1 and so long as i keep under 15 stone its not a problem i reckon. sadly i'm about 15 and a half right now...
