For mocking high art that future generations will treasure and adore. I really don't care. I've shared what I have to share. Take it or leave it. Not gonna argue with you because you don't have any real ideas and aren't interesting. I work fucking hard and don't deserve bullshit from a nobody like you. Tell you this, my results are far greater than you give me credit for, alright. And reality is something much different than the head-space in which you live. Beyond your jealous ego, most of my work is the real thing art and rock and roll. It is a cosmic joke that you don't get it because the art is so real and sincere. My art is what is what is really happening in the world and art and rock and roll forever. I could sing the best of these my way in a live setting and put on the greatest show ever. It's a fucking joke that my love and commitment to music and art could make you so angry. Get a life. You aren't gonna stop me, my consciousness is out of this fucking world. No going back now. I think it's you who has the anger problem, and you appear to be living in some fantasy world where you think saying "i'll sue you" scares people, whether you've got any actual reason to say it or not.

You are always trying to paint a picture that isn't real, man. Who pulls your strings? Where is your art?
You aren't the judge, you couldn't even be a spectator.
You don't make the rules. Never did.
What you say about my art are the perceptions of it as filtered through a fool.

So Wintersox was kind enough to send me a PM linking me to a 4-song EP of him. www.sendspace.com/file/qejt11- The first one is a cover Van Halen's Jump. Apparently unable to sing while playing the keyboard, or doing multirtrack recording, W. alternates between the two.
- The 2d track is a cappella cover of Ruby Tuesday, which is obviously quite a challenge with someone with such a poor singing voice. Clerverly enough, W. actually sing all the lyrics, except the words 'Ruby Tuesday'. Nice touch. When I first played that track, I actually had it playing on two different players but not in synch. Although the result was not fully convincing, it sounded somewhat creative and adventurous. My bad.
- The track is apparently an original called We He Hee; the title is also most of the lyrics. W. is sporadically snapping his fingers trying to trick us into believing he has a clue about rhythm. The 'shaman' bit, is actually scary. Is this a tribute to or a satire of Michael Jackson, I can't say, but it fits with pictures where W. pictured himself with pics of MJ. Why would anyone listen to this willingly is beyond me.
- The 4th is also an original, as far as I can tell. Cheesy lyrics, dodgy metrics, poor vocals & no music. Thankfully it's only 42 s.
Tell you this, my recordings are better than your reviews. Is that what you heard? What it really is, man, that is something different. Hi wintersox, Have you heard any of Chuze's music? If not, you should give him a listen seeing as he dedicated some of his time to listening to your stuff. If you have, what did you think?? |
