I actually tweeted someone who bought some yesterday. He checked his email and thanked me as he thought he'd bought a pair but turns out he only got 1.

£27 for the Saturday is a decent price.
It would've been for the Sunday too if the Arkestra had still been playing.
Do you think that lobbing cups of piss at Chris Packham's smug head would be frowned upon? It is a festival after all and he considers himself rock n roll

I've got 4 gigs lined up for the first time in about 2 years.
Noel Gallagher, Libertines, Jamie T and Kano all at Brixton Academy. I hope the Beehive is still open.

innit If it wasn't a Saturday there's no way I'd have bothered. Bands that have been about forever are starting to take the piss for venues like Brixton & Hammersmith Apollo. The poison dwarf Noel Gallagher is charging £67 for Brixton Academy

Noel is going to be great. No Fannies leaving after 3 songs. Just lads talking about fry ups, page 3 and clumping their missus before the hits. £67 is fuck all for us yuppies.

As much as I'd be intrigued to see her: I dunno if I'd pay that.
You any idea what kind of set she'll play?

Saw her at Glastonbury about ten years ago and she was great, but I'd have to be a superfan to pay that

Yeah, I've seen her twice at festivals, once about 10 years ago, which was the weirdest damn thing I have EVER seen, and once 2-3 years ago when she was doing her volcano album thing, which was less weird, but still very weird. Only time I've ever seen a tesla coil deployed at a concert.

As much as I'd be intrigued to see her: I dunno if I'd pay that. You any idea what kind of set she'll play? Think its her last album in full with strings. Saw her in about 2008 at Hammersmith, was I guess the nearest you'd get to a hits set from her, crazy shit on stage, was good fun. Mind you I think that was about £50 back then.

GBV at a festival next week...they only have a 75 minute slot, so they might only be able to do 35 songs.
