You'll be back, I've had those moments after a few bad experiences where I wonder why I bother.

Shelling out £30 to see the Bellshill Beach Boys tonight. That's a lot for a gig in Jockland, Old Man Norman better deliver!

Will almost certainly get tickets for Field Day now that Thee Oh Sees have been added.

Anyone go Field Day last year?
What was the volume like? When I went a couple of years ago it was unbelievably quiet on the saturday, it completely ruined the day. Sunday was better but still a bit quiet, although tbf since MBV everything seems quiet now.

No Tom petty booked? I'm shocked! Closest he's coming is toronto and I'm only going that far again for the roses. And maybe dylan, since it's been 2+ years since I've seen the old man.

Interpol tickets for the turn on the bright lights tour at Albert Hall, Manchester sold out in about 3 minutes this morning :-(
Considered buying Ally Pally tickets before I remembered that Ally Pally is a horrible venue.

Not a dig at you Stocks but I'm shocked anybody even cares. Never rated Interpol but even so, It's insane that a band that nobody gives a shit about anymore can play ally pally in 2017 by performing a retro set.

I'm only into Turn On The Bright Lights to be honest, but its a brilliant album and I think one that has stood the test of time. It very much appeals to me to see them perform that album in full. If they weren't touring that album there's no way they would even attempt to play ally pally and there's no way i'd bother to see them. Weird band really thinking about them, no one really gives a shit about anything but the debut.

interpol at ally pally sounds like a fucking horrible combination at any time, especially in 2017
the album is great, of course, but come on.

Agree with Old Man Mahoney. A horribly overrated band who were always shit live. Slow Hands is a tune, but.
