It's all pretty grand, Ax Man, but i'd personally say get Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea next. It's just fantastic

The 20 seconds or so from 1.15 of The Last Living Rose is amazing melodically. Gutted when that track ends "The last english rose quivvvvveeeerrrs"

I got goosebumps with The Glorious Land, amazing song, and then the vocals on England hit me. What a woman.

Beautiful! It sounds as aggressive and direct as To Bring You My Love and as gentle and layered as White Chalk. Her songwriting is jawdropping and the album as a whole sounds mega...which is the usual for PJ but hey, it is so rare nowdays. It's still too soon for me to give a proper comment but I can see myself playing it for the next 12 months without getting bored at all. God I'm so glad she's back, she makes Radiohead sound like amateurs.

It's decent nothing amazing. My roommate loves it. Been playing it all the time. Album reminds me of St. Vincent's last album.

I can't get enough of this album, it's stunning. She's now on par with Cat Power as my #1 songwriter with boobs. The Last Living Rose 15/10
