I feel even worse for him in that Chelsea paid loads for him and then he could never get a game, and so he came home to City....about a month before Sheikh Mansour bought the team. And now he can't get a game.

Gills game is tonight, got moved for some reason. Looking forward to it not seen any football for what feels like forever. Tried to watch a bit of the womens world cup final & switched it off as it felt like it was in slow motion. Lost the opening two matches against Charlton & Margate though was 0-0 with charlton at h/t before bringing on 9 players on trial. Our captain jack parkinson is on trial at Southend, has played two pre season games with them. Huge figures of 8-10,000 being branded about as a transfer fee . Seems there are other clubs in for him too so I guess he'll be on his way. Good luck to him, he always looked a level or two above Welling. Gazzaniga, Fish, Richards, Frampton, Martin, Whelpdale, Weston, Lee, Jackman, Rooney, Oli Hmmmm - 3 of our 1st choice midfield, none of our first choice strikers and 1st choice LB. Argentine keeper who looks likely to turn down Malaga for us ( ) Interesting side tbh All reports say Welling playing some very nice footie atm

--Gazzaniga,
I know he likes to do a lot of drugs, but there's no need for baseless name calling.

Saw a bit of Valencia owning PSV yesterday. It was a shit match and there were some unknown young players there but I was hoping they would manage to please the Dutch soapboxers with a victory.

Saw Villareal beat Aberdeen 1-0 last night, great to see players like Rossi, Senna and valero play at pittodrie, fuck me, they are a quick passing team, some of the Dons players looked a bit out of breath before the end of 45 mins. Well taken goal from Rossi. It was Darren Mackie's testimonial and for the occasion, he pulled out many of his trademarks: he ran around a lot, fouled the defenders, got caught offside, put in a great cross, missed from three yards, got subbed. still, saw an appropriate sign at the game "We are all Darren Mackie", wish him nothing but well.

Stayed up for the United match and I'm glad I did - it's not a bad match at all so far. Seattle look a lot better than I thought they'd be. Anderson's making some quality long passes again. Owen's got a goal and missed a sitter so far. Young's looking better too. Had a hand (well, foot) in making the goal. Lindegaard's pulled off some good saves too but has also had a few distribution nightmares. Seems the ball doesn't travel too well on the pitch either so that's making some passes look horrendous. Hoping for a good 2nd half too tbh.

Much better start to this half from United - 2 goals in 6 minutes Diouf's goal was pretty nice. Great ball from Nani and Diouf worked it well to take it round the keeper.

6-0 so far 3 from Rooney, 1 from Park, 1 from Diouf and 1 from Owen. And now the screen's gone black. Great times.

I'll pass that onto the community Seeing the video, he just got caught wrong footed and nothing wrong with the challenge, kind of thing that can happen anywhere. I apologise Karl Happens to us every year though

Went down to see Sunderland play York City last week. It was nice to be in a proper football ground again standing on the terraces. Went for a piss at half time and the toilets were just a block of 4 concrete walls
