What do you make of it Murphs? We are only a few weeks away. Crazy to think the summer ones ended mere months ago and here we go again!
I think I prefer the Winter games to the summer games. I am a bit bummed that the NHL is not sending the players to compete the ice hockey tournament but I guess it's for the best.
I read as well the Dutch are advising athletes not to take personal cellphones or laptops with them as the fear China will spy on them.

i'll watch some of it.  still maintain that curling is utterly ridiculous. shame elise christie (speed skating) has retired. always something weirdly entertaining about her meltdowns. |

Too much fucking speedskating on. I don't mind a few races but it's pretty much on all the time ffs.
The Big Air snowboarding is either today, tomorrow or maybe it was yesterday. I am looking forward to watching that.

Look at this curling shot by Sweden's Edin. Best shot I ever seen.
Also, don't knock curling unless you tried it.. it's unbelievably hard.
