NXT takeover was so good, that zayn vs nakamura match was incredible.

Nakamura is the fucking man. And yes, the match was incredible. Balor vs Joe was also really good with Joe looking like a legit badass despite the loss. The sooner he comes to the main roster and feuds with Lesnar, the better.

I'm not feeling all of the hate for 'Mania. It wasn't the best but it definitely wasn't the worst. For me, it was a good show with some great matches and odd booking. Some thoughts below:
IC Title Ladder Match Great opener. Stardust's tribute to Dusty was a lovely touch, and by god, that ladder. Some really cool spots in the match, especially Sin Cara putting Stardust through the ladder on the outside and Owens' frog splah through the ladder. But, the spot I loved the most was Zayn half-suplexing Owens onto that ladder. Owens sold it brilliantly, and I was legitimately concerned that he was dead or at least very injured. Ryder winning was cool, and definitely a shock, but I'd have preferred either Owens or Zayn to win so they could continue to have an awesome feud over the IC Title.
Styles vs Jericho Excellent match. It was weird that they had AJ lose, and I was thinking they'd be having one more match at the next PPV to make it a "Best of 5" series but after Monday's RAW it seems that isn't the case. Jericho has always worked better as a heel and the win over AJ definitely gives him more heat seeing as everyone loves AJ. The counter of AJ's Phenomenal Punch into the Codebreaker was pretty sweet.
New Day vs League of Nations Wasn't a huge fan of the match, and again, the outcome was weird. Maybe they're trying to establish LoN as a serious threat? If so, I think it's too little, too late because they've been booked terribly until now. Shame, because they had a lot of potential. It was cool to see Foley, HBK & Austin (why the hell was HBK in ring gear) bust out their finished but it made LoN look weak after a decent win over the tag-champs. Barrett is leaving the company so Del Rio, Sheamus & Rusev should have left him to take all the punishment. Austin giving Xavier Woods a Stunner was fun. I was real mad when he started dancing but I marked out when he hit the Stunner.
Ambrose vs Lesnar I expected more. This was their chance to push Ambrose to the next level, even in defeat, but it just didn't happen. Some brutal spots in the match, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't entertained, but it could have been so much better.
Charlotte vs Lynch vs Sasha The chicks but on a great bout; one of the best matches of the night. I was rooting for Becky Lynch even though I knew she wouldn't win. Charlotte's moonsault to the outside was nigh-on perfect; it looked so good. I was pissed off that Flair had to get involved but I understand why they did it that way. I was hoping Snoop Dogg was going to be at ringside and that him and Flair would have a fight.
'Taker vs Shane O'Mac Really loved this. I expected/wanted shenanigans to play a part (someone helping Shane) so that was a bit disappointing, but nevertheless, this was a great bout with some really cool spots. Lots are people are complaining that it isn't believable that Shane could kick out from the Last Ride or Chokeslam, or escape from Hell's Gate, but I was fin with it. The story was that Shane trained hard for the match, and was super determined to beat 'Taker so dug down deep to pull out the performance of his life. Not much needs to be said about his jump from the top of the cell. Yes, there may have been padding under the announce table, but it looked fucking crazy and Shane could still have very easily hurt himself.
Andre The Giant Battle Royal It was okay. I wanted Tatanka to win. I think the way they used Shaq was pretty weird and could have been done better. I'm totally fine with Corbin winning, but really, it doesn't matter; being the winner of this Battle Royal means shit.
Rock/Wyatts/Cena Went on faaaar too long. People are saying it was another burial of The Wyatt Family but with what Rock was saying, I think this was part of a slow face turn for the group. I really wish they'd decide on a direction for Bray; he's an awesome character who deserves a push.
Reigns vs Triple H So much heat on Reigns. I didn't think the match was terrible. It was far from a classic but it was better than other 'Mania headline matches (Cena vs Miz, Triple H vs Orton) from recent times. I think Reigns needs to slowly turn heel, and it seems to be happening if this weeks RAW is anything to go by (his attitude, making AJ No.1 contender)#
Overall, I'd give this years Wrestlemania a score of 7/10.

Too long, too boring, too many of the wrong people won. AJ loses, and then is the #1 contender one night later? WTF?

It was too long, remember looking at the time before Rock came out and thinking that they were pushing it for a 4am finish then found out it was going on until 4.45 Generally agree with Tucker's assessment though, I was a bit surprised that the online reaction was as bad as it was. I wonder if they only let Ryder win the title so that he could do that Snickers advert with Flair

Mania' wasn't awful by any means, but come on, despite all the injuries it still should have been so much better.
Brock Vs Ambrose in particular I felt was really tame. Was expecting Ambrose to come down to the ring to congratulate Reigns at the end so Reigns could finally turn.
Still, Cesaro is back, looking forward seeing the likes of him, Styles, Zayn & Owens having lengthy matches together on PPVs. Also Seth hopefully will be back by Summerslam. I've got a feeling that this year will be better.

Didn't realize Payback was tonight and I'm off tomorrow so gonna stay up for it, or at least try. Styles vs Reigns has a lot of intrigue around it.

Was cool seeing him back. Can't see the match being any good but for the spectacle alone I'm up for it. Bit creepy him groping all those young kids though. Jericho has been on fire lately the new creepy version of him is the best thing on there right now.
