thats a bit optimistic andy, do you really think that liverpool will get promoted straight away and then be challenging for the top 4 the first season after they get promoted? it'd be unprecedented

We don't have a history of treble winning champions  To suggest it is the only thing worth celebrating just makes you sound like a glory hunter. It's also why the achievement of reaching the top 4 and progressing is celebrated and why your fall from grace from treble winners to mixing it with the likes of West Ham and Wigan at the foot of the table is all the more embarrassing. What are you not getting about this? If you just want to argue about trophies go interupt and a Man United thread and they can laugh at you too. For now we will celebrate the european super power that is Tottenham Hotspur and put the bitterness of Liverpool fans to bed.  Lets all move on  |

You support Newcastle a club with a similar dedicated support, periods in the doldrums and at times a desire to play good football but with significantly less history and success than Tottenham. If previous success and a strong boardroom mean everything your club means absolutely nothing.
