Well it's being relesed as a limited edition single so I guess that counts.
The days of giving a toss what is a single are long gone though, most bands release one single and then the second and third (if there even is one) will just be a download only which of course is pointless because by then everybody will have the album anyway.

Sounds very stones'ish in terms of the backing vocals, it also seems to sound a little like the kinks (instrumentally speaking)
I don't mind the song... kind of glad it doesn't really sound like full on Oasis.

I think a sudden finish to the track on around 2:15 would of been ideal. If it ended there I'd of said it was really good. Drags itself out with those daft female baby come on's & outstays its welcome a little but overall it's a good tune, I like it. ;D

Bought 5 vinyls. You never know if they're worth something in the future. Some people are already selling them for 30 pounds on ebay. a bit weird that there's still some left so many hours after the launch though

Listened to it 17 times now. love the key change when liam sings baby hold on. Yeah definitely the highlight of the tune. Whilst I don't like the outro my good friend & soapbox LEGEND liamsGod made a good point this morning that it'll be pure chaos live, you could probably drag it out for 15 minutes.

I know what you mean, reading other boards makes my madferit blood boil though lets face it the majority of people have the 'noel is Oasis, Liam is nothing without him' opinion before even hearing the tune so can't wait to proclaim that it's a big pile of shit.
Charlatans board is the one that suffers from that the most, most of them are so bitter that Oasis were the biggest band of their lifetime & are upset that the Charlatans could only do Brixton Academy for the 15,000 time so like to mention that 'Oasis are shit!" & that 'everything after morning glory was so bad' at every available opportunity.
I always think anyone that names SOTSOG as being one of the worst albums ever is either stupid, ignorant or not heard it since it came out. Not to say that SOTSOG is some kind of masterpiece but fucking hell it;s a million miles away from being a bad record.

Totally agree, reaches the average mark due to it having a couple of pretty good songs on there otherwise would definitely be classed as a bad record in my books & I'd have no problem with someone telling me it's a pile of shit.

i dont mind it, as people have said its fun, it'll be a belter (and a lot heavier no doubt) live, its just nice to hear something new really, still looking forward to the album, but id hope this is just a filler track in the end.
