I like this. Had a few listens of this now and I am pleasantly surprised. Loving the upbeat vibe, its nothing special but its got a hint of vintage and makes me want to move. Liams vocals are fantastic. Never knew he had this still in him and it makes me excited to hear more. It sounds like he's really relaxed and enjoying himself while singing these vocals, not the strained and aggressive tone of before, which is great.

yes i fucking hate people who do that shit. same with gigs. worse than hitler its not the same at all, people actually do need to go to gigs and want to be with their mates to see a band that'll be local to them once every few years and will remember it for years to come if its a good one. no one actually needs to own every record liam gallagher has made, thats just a form of OCD. I had actually intended to keep one and sell one but changed my mind.

They've lied to you, it's really 40,000 singles. They figured 80% of people would buy one in hope of making a profit on ebay. BDI 1 > ebay4its 0 tbh i wouldn't be surprised, every Oasis release which is "ultra limited edition" is still available

its really not something I'm ever going to treasure so yeah. get rid. Sorry, I didn't mean that as in "why did you sell it" I meant that as in "why would they buy it for £20 when you can buy it for £3.50. But I went abs saw it was sold out. Do yes, it finally sold out.

You're kidding. You have to be.
I think most of us will buy this & the rest of the stuff. But we'll hardly listen to it more than a month or so. The tune is too repetitive, too "vintage". No originality whatsoever. If beady eye was a new band full of 20 year olds, they'd call the tune uninspiring, boring, long, samey, and that it drags for no reason.
Someone made a good point before. Yes Liam "haters" (plenty of them around) hated it before they heard it. However, this makes it too easy for people to hate it.

I haven't quite decided on this tune yet, only given it a couple of listens and for the first couple of minutes I loved it, after that it kinda outstays its welcome. Obviously it's quite derivative but it pisses on the Jim Jones Revue's attempts to do the same kind of thing. Preferred the 22 sec clip with the overdriven 12 string Rics and I look forward to more from the album, but I'll form a better opinion on the single over the next couple of days.

However it did amuse me that my mate acquaintance Joe from sub-The View scenester Oasis ripoff merchants/Owen Morris collaborators Pose Victorious described it as "unimaginative". Clearly the irony of his own music and the fact that he bigged up the new Kings of Leon album is lost on him.

Just listened to it again, after a quick listen this morning. If this is anything but an album track, it's all over. As said elsewhere, the Chief probably phoned Gem this morning and said "are you having a laff?"
