Was on Aussie radio as she's touring with that prat Ronson down there and they did a cover of Tame Impala's "Solitude Is Bliss". Its pretty lifeless in that its literally note for note and not a patch on the original. I dont really care for such dead-on covers, but I dont think they had much time to prepare otherwise. soundcloud.com/pop-labyrinth/mark-ronson-the-business-intlAlso a video from the show I saw on the tour. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Went for Rose as she was opening and ended up onstage all night. Also a cover (The Smiths). I liked it more than the Tame Impala one. Same venue where Beady Eye are gonna do their thing. |
