Last Ever' World Tour The Rolling Stones are set to announce their last ever world tour, it’s been reported. The band are understood to be in talks with concert promoter Live Nation about the 50th anniversary jaunt. The dates will apparently begin next year and last into 2012. "They're likely to perform in stadiums,” a source told The Sun. “It's almost certainly the last full-scale world tour.” The band, who formed in 1962, have become a prolific live act over the latter stages of their career. Their most recent A Bigger Bang tour, which ran for two years, grossed $558million. Drummer Charlie Watts will turn 70 during the tour, while Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood are all in their 60s. "Singer mick jagger said " this will be it for us as a band' my cocks just to shrivled now for groupies" plus ill be dead soon "

Ray Davies was quite nice btw, Karlton. He just went out and put the hits to the people, nothing wrong with that in a festival environment. Opening with I'm Not Like Everybody Else is wordless.

I thought he was terrible though the score updates from the germany game were flooding through at the time which probably didn't help.
Thought his band sounded shit tbh, would rather he just played the songs acoustic. Also thought he was bad when I saw him at royal festival hall in about 2002.

seen them 3 times and I'll see them again no matter what the cost. Amazing live, even in old age they put most of todays bands to shame.

I am strongly considering Hyde Park Eddie. Would have liked to know the supports first though.
