It doesn't matter that Alonso is leading on points going into this race. Red Bull have the fastest car therefore Webber has to be the favourite to win the World Championship. Still, if anyone is going to pull out the drive of his life and take it away from Red Bull it's most definitely Fernando Alonso. If that does happen I think we'll be waving bye-bye to Christian Horner. It's going to be some weekend nonetheless.

For Hamilton to win, Alonso can't score and Webber has to come about 6th. Have to disagree with Andy, I can't see Christian Horner stepping down or being sacked any time soon. Not convinced that Webber will still be at Red Bull next year though, maybe a move to Renault alongside Kubica?

I thought Petrov was already nailed on for next year. Might have dreamt that though.
Good qualifying all round, despite Alonso keeping things reasonably quiet, third place on the grid is perfectly fine. Seeing Webber's post qualifying interview has lead me to believe he's not going to do much damage in the race tomorrow. He looks like a defeated man already. Reckon Vettel will win the race but Alonso will finish just behind him and take the Championship.

Ah well. Gutted for Alonso but he and Webber were no where to be seen for the whole race really. Both teams really fucked those strategies up and as soon as that happened it was obvious that Vettel had it wrapped up. The race as a whole was a bit of an anti-climax since Alonso and Webber weren't even close to being in it but as a season it was immense. Can't wait till next year already. What am I going to do in the afternoon on the weekends now?

Great race, not in entertainment terms, but at least that arsehole didn't win it. See Alonso waving his finger at Petrov? lol. Cunt.

Tbh there are many pilots that are only there becouse they have huge sponsors. There are many many pilots, with better capacity to be there, who are refused becouse they don`t have huge sponsors.

Legard sacked, Brundle promoted to main commentator, DC alongside him and Eddie Jordan promoted to lead analyst. Not really best pleased about any of this tbh. DC has about as much personality and emotion as a dusty window ledge and Eddie Jordan thinks the world revolves around him, so it'll nice to see him interview more people. AH WELL, roll on next season anyway!

pretty happy personally. legard was about as much use as a marzipan dildo [/theothertucker] and DC knows his stuff and always comes out with interesting analysis imo (i'll agree he's a little lacking in charisma though).
jordan is a moron but watching him spouting incoherent dublin at bemused engineers is pretty entertaining tbf.

Both wings and diffuser will be a lot different in the first race but Fry signature is quite visible. Let's hope it's fast.
